It is our modus operandi to successfully manage relationships with the hundreds of distributor partners and the thousands of retailers we do business with. To do this we have a flat manpower structure along with an open door culture; this allows us to maintain the work environment of a small family.

Link Telecom Pvt Ltd. was established in February, 2002 in Kolkata as a city distributor for Nokia. Our start allowed us to build and develop relationships that we still use today.
In 2008, our honesty and credibility led to us being appointed regional distributors for Samsung India Pvt. Ltd for all of East India. This business was pivotal, as it taught us how to scale and grow.
In 2010, we integrated an IT division into our company. Soon we were working as regional distributors for Hewlett Packard’s consumer PC business in East India.
In 2013, we made a bold decision. In Telecom we entered into business with HTC India Pvt Ltd & LG India Pvt Ltd. This move into the multi-brand form of distribution was a critical turning point in our company’s existence.
In 2015, Link added Samrtlink’s Digisol portfolio to become Tier 1 distributors in East & South along with Mumbai. Furthermore we added ACER’s entire suite of products in East India & Chattisgarh. Our telecom division added JIO’s LYF branded handsets for Assam, Jharkhand and West Bengal.
In 2016, Link’s telecom division added an exclusive distribution for Lenovo handsets in East India as well as Bitdefender in East, West & South India.
Today, we are proud to say that Link Telecom has expanded into various new geographies with several different products; while our skills and core competencies grow every single day, our attitude is as it was in 2002.
